Hi! I am Ashley Brickett a Christian, mother of three beautiful children, a wife, and a strategic business consultant. I have 19 years of experience that I would love to share with you to help grow your business. As a business consultant I specialize in strategic programs with an emphasis on margin management, contract management and negotiations, data analytics and reporting.

Before I became a strategic business consultant I worked in the corporate world of Pharmaceuticals as the executive leadership strategic programs manager. As a Managing Supervisor at a billion-dollar specialty pharmacy in the Manage Care Department I acquired an exorbitant amount of experience in taking complex operational or systematic issues from problems to solutions that were understandable and user friendly to all levels of the business. In this time, I gained a vast amount of knowledge in business operations, margin management, reporting, and data analytics. In addition to the afore mentioned duties, I have experience in implementing contractual requirements by working with operations and creating training materials. I facilitated several types of accreditation processes from beginning to the result of acquiring accreditation. As well as many more business processes to monitor profit & loss, ensure accountability and forecasting for the future. In addition to working for a specialty pharmacy I have also gained experience in many leadership roles such as volunteering for local ministries like Project Gabriel and working on local campaigns.

In 2017 I was honored for my hard work and dedication after being nominated by my peers and received two achievement awards. I humbly accepted the Strategic Programs Impact Award for my dedication and achievements I made to advance the reporting capabilities within my department and senior executive team. As well, I received the Beatrice Swygert Award which is equivalent to the employee of the year named after a heroic member of the company to honor her excellence.

 After receiving a Bachelor of Biology degree from University of Texas in 2014 I went on to get married and have three beautiful children. At the peak of my advancement in my career I chose to take the leap from being a salary employee to a freelance contractual employee. This has allowed me to find the perfect niche for my growing family and my desire to achieve goals within my career by expanding into my experience in strategic programs to businesses that may not be large enough to have a full-time employee or department that monitors their margin and performs data analytics on their profit and loss statements.  

I am very passionate about the ability to bring my knowledge and skill set to other businesses to be a small part in helping them grow their business effectively and efficiently.
